How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the contiguous United States. We currently do not offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. boxes for large bags of food

How do you ensure the freshness of pet food?

We maintain a strict 'First-In, First-Out' (FIFO) inventory system. We never ship food with an expiration date sooner than 6 months from the date of purchase.

Can I return an opened bag of food?

Due to safety and contamination concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened food or treats. However, if your pet has a reaction or the bag is damaged, please contact us for a replacement.

What is your return window?

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
